Broccoli Pesto

- 2 cups steamed and chopped broccoli about 1 crown
- ¼ cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup Extra-virgin olive oil
- kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
In the bowl of a food processor combine the broccoli, parsley, garlic, and Parmesan and begin processing. While the processor is running, add the olive oil in a thin stream and blend until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
