Cranberry-Goat Cheese Spread

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces mild goat cheese softened
  • 4 tablespoons (2 ounces) unsalted butter, softened
  • ¼ cup Whole-Berry Cranberry Sauce
  • Pinch of Kosher salt

Accompaniments

  • Rosemary crackers assorted crackers or crostini

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine goat cheese and butter. Using an electric hand mixer, beat together until smooth. Add cranberry sauce to butter mixture and beat until combined. Add the salt and stir to combine. Transfer cheese mixture to a serving dish or crock, cover with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Bring to room temperature before serving. Enjoy!
