- 2 bone-in fully cooked ham steaks patted dry with paper towels (about 3 pounds)
- ¼ cup light brown sugar
- ¼ cup apricot jam
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
In a small bowl whisk together the brown sugar, jam and mustard until smooth. Pour the mixture over the steaks and spread to evenly coat both sides. Cover the steaks with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Prepare a charcoal or gas grill for medium-high heat. Grill the ham steaks until warmed through and caramelized, about 4-5 minutes per side. Transfer to a platter, cover with foil, and let rest for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
