Mini Brie and Cranberry Phyllo Tarts

Ingredients

  • 3 (1.9 ounce) packages of frozen mini phyllo shells
  • 1 cup wholeberry cranberry sauce
  • 1 (8 ounce) wheel of Brie cheese, rind removed

Garnish (optional)

  • Chopped candied pecans
  • Chopped fresh Rosemary

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.  Place phyllo cups in mini muffin tins or place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. Reduce oven temperature to 300°F.
  • Cut Brie into 45 pieces. Place one piece in each cup and top with about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese begins to melt.  Sprinkle with optional garnishes if using, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
