Pimiento "Pimento" Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup white distilled vinegar
  • 1 cup safflower oil or other neutral oil
  • 1 medium yellow onion roughly chopped
  • 1 (4 ounce) jar diced pimiento
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and emulsified. The dressing can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Shake or stir the dressing before using. Enjoy!
