Ingredients

  • ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • ½ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen diced pineapple
  • 1 cup frozen diced mango

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the orange juice, yogurt, pineapple, and mango. Blend until completely smooth. Serve immediately. Enjoy!

Notes

Use light orange juice to lower the calories.
Use fat-free vanilla yogurt to lower the fat grams.
