Rich and Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ ounces blue cheese crumbled (about 1/2 cup)
  • 3 tablespoons buttermilk well shaken
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream light or full-fat
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon granulated sugar
  • teaspoon garlic powder
  • kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mash blue cheese and buttermilk in a small bowl with a fork until the mixture resembles cottage cheese with small curds. Stir in remaining ingredients. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. The dressing can be covered and refrigerated for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy!
