- 1 cup freshly ground coffee
- 4 cups water cold or at room temperature
- 1 cup milk
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- Coffee Ice cubes
In a french press, pitcher, or container, combine the ground coffee and water. Allow the mixture to steep at least 12 hours and up to 24 hours.
Meanwhile, heat the milk and sugar in a small saucepan over medium-low heat just until the sugar dissolves. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Press the french press to strain the coffee grounds or use a fine-mesh sieve lined with cheese cloth to strain the coffee mixture.
Fill four glasses with the ice cubes. Pour the coffee over the ice cubes. Add 1/4 cup of the sweetened milk to each glass. Enjoy!
