Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1 ½ teaspoons freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground allspice
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves optional
